Hi,
At Eversoft I am in charge of all HR procedures including: recruitment process, training and raising competences, benefits, onboarding and offboarding. I also take care of the good atmosphere among our team and my main goal is to make every employee feel well and comfortable in the company. In the recruitment process, I emphasize that you feel well taken care of and informed about every decision concerning your application. During onboarding, you learn about all important procedures and rules in our organization in friendly atmosphere.

I joined the Eversoft team 11 years ago as a business analyst. I had the opportunity to participate in various projects for clients from different industries. I was the project manager, business analyst, IT solution consultant all the time gaining new experience and using the knowledge from trainings and certifications in practice.
Currently, I am responsible for supervising the strategy implementation and the projects portfolio management. What do I appreciate in Eversoft? First of all, the team and atmosphere in which we work; development opportunities and openness to challenges.
Every client, every project is a new adventure, new experience and a chance to do something cool. I do like it 🙂
