MASTER WiZR is the world’s premier presentation and meeting tool. Driven by the mission to achieve excellence and empower individuals and companies of all sizes to connect, share content and collaborate efficiently. MASTER WiZR overcomes the limitations of other tools and provides a versatile platform. Instead of customizing material for each new meeting the presentation portal provides content for the next 100+ meetings.

Challenge

A lack of skilled and experienced development resources within the customer’s team, would prevent them from developing their application on time. The virtual presence application being developed had several complex features to organize, present, share and collaborate on content. They simply did not have the strong technical and experienced resources required.

Solution

Ultiro provided a Tech Leader based in Kampala, Uganda who led the development of the system and also implemented all the relevant processes. The MASTER WiZR team has since scaled with several other developers based in Kampala, Uganda as demand for resources increased.

Results

Ultiro developed strong processes, and provided experienced technical resources who were able to join the project immediately. This has allowed MASTER WiZR to develop and scale their product as customer demand has increased.
